A theoretical calculation of the reorganization energies is demonstrated for semiconductor (TiOâ‚‚, ZnO) and organic dye (safranine T, and coumarin) with a variety solvent such that (water,  1­propanol, Formamide, Acetonitrile and Ethanol).     The reorganization energy values for dye –semiconductor interface system are large in high polar solvent (water 741 .0  , Acetonitrile 708 .0  , Ethanol 669 .0  ) and small in low polar solvent(1­propanol 635 .0  . The reorganization energy in safranine T –semiconductor system is larger ( 635 741.0  )than in coumarin –semiconductor for with the same solvents ( 612

A new gravity and seismic survey along a profile length (70 Km) carried out at the area of exploration Block- 11 in Al- Najaf desert, southwest Iraq. The obtained gravity and seismic value compared with the previous available data that achieved by IPC and OEC for gravity and seismic data respectively. The difference between the new gravity profile and the old one is mainly in small anomaly not more than (14 %) that related to shallow depth levels and presents through power spectrum analysis. Previously, Ghulaissan-1 well which drilled in (1960) depend on a positive gravity and magnetic anomaly interpret, which is considered as an anticline structure in sub surface.  In this work, the preparation of some new oxazolidine and thiazolidine derivatives has been conducted. This was done over two steps; the first step included the synthesis of Schiff bases A1-A5 in 72-88% yields by the condensation of isonicotinic acid hydrazide and aldehydes. The second step includes the cyclization of derivatives A1-A5 with glycolic acid and thioglycolic acid to obtain the desired products, oxazolidine derivatives B1-B5 (44-60% yields) and thiazolidine derivatives C1-C5 (41-61% yields), respectively. The structure of the prepared compounds was characterized using FT-IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Some of the produced compounds were tested for antioxidant properties.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a permanent loss of kidney function which is diagnosed when the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is under 60 ml\min\1.73m2 for more than three months. The present study was conducted at Kidney Transplant and Dialysis Center in the Medical City in Baghdad from October 2018 to April 2019. Sixty CKD patients with an age ranged of 40 to 65 years and 25 healthy subjects were involved in this study. Blood samples were collected to evaluate the levels of kidney function parameters and thyroid hormones.   In the present work, We study the structural and optical properties of (ZnO), which are prepared by thermal evaporation technique, where deposit (Zn) on glass substrates at different thicknesses (150,250,350)nm, deposited on glass substrate at R.T. with rate (5 nm sec-1). And then we make oxidation for (Zn) films at temperature (500) and using the air for one hour, and last annealing samples at temperature (400,500) for one hour. The investigation of (XRD) indicates that the (ZnO) films are polycrystalline type of hexagonal with a preferred orientation along (002) to all samples and analysis reveals that the intensity of this orientation increases with the increase of the thickness and annealing temperature.   &nbsp
