Response of green lacewing Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens) to various densities of Ephestia cautella (walk)eggs
...Show More Authors

Results of exposure larvae of the most important predator in the integrated pest management , the green lacewings, Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens) to various densities of fig moth Ephestia cautella eggs showed increasing in the number of consumed prey at decreasing rate of increasing prey density where curve slope consumption decreased gradually until leveling off. These specifications concurred with type II functional response that predators appear towards varied densities of its preys ,that was confirm by logistic regression between the proportion of prey eaten in relation to prey offered . Third larval instars of the predator showed attack rate (a) of 4.85. This was greater than the second larval instar (3.58). Handling time (Th) per prey decreased as the predator aged , it was 0.0046 day for the second larval instar and 0.0041 day for the third larval instars. The greatest theoretical maximum number of moth eggs to be consumed was 244 eggs/day for the third larval instar followed by second larval instars as 217 eggs/day, respectively.

Determination of Mebeverine – HCl Using 3, 5–Dinitrosalicylic Acid and Multiple Continuous Flow Cell That Works as a Solo Flow Cell with 4S×3 – 3D Analyzer
...Show More Authors

A new method, simple and sensitive was utilized in determining mebeverine – HCl (MB-HCl) (3, 4-Dimethoxy benzoic acid ethyl 2, 4 methoxy4-phenyl-1-methyl ethyl amino-butyl ester) in pure and pharmaceutical formulations via utilization this multiple continuous flow cell. The method is dependent on genesis for complex of ion pair(4-((3, 4-dimethoxybenzoyl) oxy)-N-ethyl-N-(1-(4-methoxyphenyl) propan-2-yl) butan-1-aminium-2-hydroxy-3,5- dinitrobenzoate) among mebeverine–HCl (MB-HCl) and 3,5-Dinitrosalicylic acid (3,5-DNSA) in ammonium acetate middle to configure a whiteish yellow precipitate compound via utilizing multiple continuous flow cell that works as a solo flow cell with 4S×3 – 3D analyzer. Nesfatin-1 is a biomarker that plays a role in the inflammatory process of coronary artery diseases in Iraqi patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
...Show More Authors

Amis: NAFLD is considered to be the most common cause of liver conditions worldwide. Also, it is a primary reason that leads to coronary artery diseases, limiting blood flow to the heart. Therefore, This study aimed to evaluate the serum level of Nesfatin-1 and its ability to indicate the prognosis of CAD in patients with NAFLD. Material & Methods: one-hundred eighty Individuals were enrolled in the study, including In both genders, blood was collected from each Individual and sent to the laboratory for biochemical tests. Findings: Data from the current study showed a significant increase in Nesfatin-1 in the CAD group and a significant decrease in Nesfatin-1 in the NAFLD group compared to the control group. In addition, there w

Characterization of the heterogonous reservoir is complex representation and evaluation of petrophysical properties and application of the relationships between porosity-permeability within the framework of hydraulic flow units is used to estimate permeability in un-cored wells. Techniques of flow unit or hydraulic flow unit (HFU) divided the reservoir into zones laterally and vertically which can be managed and control fluid flow within flow unit and considerably is entirely different with other flow units through reservoir. Each flow unit can be distinguished by applying the relationships of flow zone indicator (FZI) method. Supporting the relationship between porosity and permeability by using flow zone indictor is ca
