The synthesis and structural characterization of new dithiocarbamate (DTC) ligand and some of its dinuclear transition metal complexes are described. The free dithiocarbamate ligand was prepared through several synthetic routes, including Schiff-base formation. A series of 4-(methylsulfonyl)aniline derivatives were synthesized in order to obtain new compounds as a potential anti-inflammatory agents with expected selectivity against COX-2 enzyme. In vivo acute anti-inflammatory activity of the final compounds 11–14 was evaluated in rat using an egg-white induced edema model of inflammation in a dose equivalent to 3 mg/Kg of diclofenac sodium. A QR code is a type of barcode that can hold more information than the familiar kind scanned at checkouts around the world. The “QR” stands for “Quick Response”, a reference to the speed at which the large amounts of information they contain can be decoded by scanners. They are being widely used for advertising campaigns, linking to company websites, contest sign-up pages and online menus. In this paper, we propose an efficient module to extract QR code from background and solve problem of rotation in case of inaccurate image taken from mobile camera.

    This paper is concerned with a Coupled Reaction-diffusion system defined in a ball with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions. Firstly, we studied the blow-up set showing that, under some conditions, the blow-up in this problem occurs only at a single point. Secondly, under some restricted assumptions on the reaction terms, we established the upper (lower) blow-up rate estimates. Finally, we considered the Ignition system in general dimensional space as an application to our results.
