In this research the Empirical Bayes method is used to Estimate the affiliation parameter in the clinical trials and then we compare this with the Moment Estimates for this parameter using Monte Carlo stimulation , we assumed that the distribution of the observation is binomial distribution while the distribution with the unknown random parameters is beta distribution ,finally we conclude that the Empirical bayes method for the random affiliation parameter is efficient using Mean Squares Error (MSE) and for different Sample size .

The objective was to determine the values of relative constant of three – way and double crosses of maize . Ten inbreds were used and crossed during spring and fall seasons of 2009 to produce three - way and double crosses , and ten hybrids were taken from each group . The ten hybrids were grown and selfed during spring 2010 to produce 2 seed . Three way and double crosses were sown with their parents and 2 seed during fall 2010 in RCBD with four replicates . A spherical-statistical optical model (SOM) has been used to calculate and evaluate the neutron interaction with medium nuclei (40 ). Empirical formulae of the optical potentials parameters are predicted with minimize accuracy compared with experimental bench work data. With these optical formulae an evaluation of the shape and compound elastic scattering cross-section of interaction neutrons with ⁵⁶Fe nuclei at different energy range (1-20) MeV has been calculated and compared with experimental results. Also, volume integrals for real and imaginary potential energies have been evaluated and matched with the standard ABAREX code. The current study aimed to identify the role of the theatrical technical supervisor in developing and enhancing the skills of middle school students in Baghdad. The sample consisted of 73% of the original community of theatrical technical supervisors, randomly selected from those working in the first, second, and third educational directorates in the Rassafa and Karkh areas.
