In present project, new Schiff base of 4, 4'- (((1E, 1'E)-1,4-.phenylenebis- (methane-ylylidene))-bis-(azane-ylylidene)) bis-(5-(4-chlorophenyl) -4H -1,2,4-triazole-3-thione) (L3) has been synthesized by condensation of 4-amino-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione with benzene-1,4-dicarboxaldehyde.       The distortion, which occurs to the image often affects the existing amount of information, weakens its sharpness, decreases its contrast, thus leads to overlapping details of the various regions, and decreases image resolution. Test images are used to determine the image quality and ability of different visual systems, as we depended in our study on test image, half black and half white. Contrast was studied in the petition so as to propose several new methods for different contrasts in the edge of images where the results of technical differences would identify contrast image under different lighting conditions.

The effect of different cutting fluids on surface roughness of brass alloy workpiece during turning operation was carried out in this research. This was performed with different cutting speed, while other cutting parameters had been regarded as constants(feeding rate , and depth of cut). Surface roughness of machined parts that will be tested by electronic surface roughness tester .The results show that the standard coolant gives the best values of surface roughness for fixed cutting speed ,followed by sun flower oil that has approximately the same effect, while the air stream as a coolant gave unsatisfied results for the evaluation of surface roughness.
