The study was conducted to identify the toxicity of chromium on scenedesmus quadricauda algae alone and in the presence of nutrient metal (Nitrogen). Different concentrations of chromium (0.5, 1.5 , 2.5, 3.5 , 4.5mg/L) were used and the presence nitrogen is (5 ,10 ,50 ,100mg/L) on cultur media(chu-10) with used for cultivation of the algae in controlled conditions(25oC , light intensity 380 –?E/m2 /s. The results showed increasing in the toxicity of the metal when is alone , excess of concentrations an time of exposure. The growth rate decreased from 0.44 to 0.06 cell/ hour after 12 day of the biging of the experiment and of concentrate 4.5 mg/L of chromium. The intermediate active concentrations of the chromium(EC50) was increased after 96 hours from the exposure, which it reached alevel at 3mg/L, which the increase of rate of inhibition which became 64, 80, 87 and 90% respectively with above mentioned concentrations of chromium. While after increasing the nitrogen concentrations in the culture media , an decrease was detected in the toxicity of the chromium at 3mg/L . Level through the increase in growth rate reached 0.30 cell /hour after the addition of 5mg/L of Nitrogen to the culture media which contain 3mg/L of chromium. This increase was also a companied by a decrease in rate of inhibition at a level of 74%, 69%, 78%, 70% respectively with the above mentioned treatment concentrations. From the above results it could be concluded that the toxicity of chromium may be declined under the effect of the Nitrogen
The research was conducted in one of the fields of the Department of Plant Production in the desert region (tomato development project) affiliated with the Directorate of Agriculture of the Holy Karbala Governorate for the purpose of studying the effect of spraying the shoots of the Kohlrabi plant (hybrid) with the Nano biopolymer (Chitosan) and the Azotobacter bio inoculum on the roots of the plant seedlings in terms of growth indicators and yield for the autumn agricultural season. 2023-2024 ,The means were compared according to the Duncan multiple ranges test at significant to level of 0.05.with R.C.B.D . The first factor was spraying the shoots with Nano- Chitosan at a concentration of (0, 1, and 2) g L-1, two weeks after transplanting,

Low level laser therapy (LLLT) is an effective tool used to prompt bone repair and modeling post surgery; this has referred to the biostimulation effect of LLLT. The aims of this study were to evaluate the immmunohistochemical expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and transforming growth factor -beta (TGF-β) in experimental and control groups with mechanical test. At the beginning of the study, the minimum inhibitory concentration was measured by calculate the diameter of the zone of inhibition on growth of the bacteria and it's included the group of Gram negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa) and the group of Gram positive bacteria (Staphylococcus Aureus, Bacillus spp) and a yeast (Candida Albican). The research aims to identify the concept of trading securities in Iraq and to propose a new mechanism for the taxation of trading profits and the extent of its impact on tax revenues, as it was observed that there are professional investors in the trading market and some of them achieve huge annual profits. and this profit should be like other taxable profits. The General Commission of Taxes and in cooperation with the Iraq Stock Exchange should identifying those profits, subjecting them to income tax, and adding them to the tax base. One of the limitations for using this technique in drinking water purification facilities is the difficulty of quickly removing high chlorine concentrations in water distribution systems or production facilities. In order to use this method in the drinking water industry a shock de-chlorination method should be introduced for producing microorganism and biocide free water. De-chlorination using natural stagnant aeration (leaving the water to lose the chlorine naturally) is the safest known method if compared with chemical and charcoaling methods. Unfortunately, stagnant aeration is a slow process. Therefore, developing a process for accelerat
