In this paper, SiO2 nanoparticles thin films were synthesised at different PH values of solution by sol gel method at fixed temperature (25oC) and molar ratio (R =H2O/precursor) of (Tetra Ethyl Ortho Silicate) TEOS as precursor at (R=1). The structure and optical properties of the thin films have been investigated. All thin films were tested by using X-RAY diffraction. All X-RAY spectrum can be indexed as monoclinic structure with strong crystalline (110) plane. The morphological properties of the prepared films were studied by SEM. Corrosion experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of several operating parameters on the corrosion rate and corrosion potential of carbon steel in turbulent flow conditions in the absence and presence of sodium benzoate inhibitor using electrochemical polarization technique. These parameters were rotational velocity (0 - 1.57 m/s), temperature (30oC – 50oC), and time. The effect of these parameters on the corrosion rate and inhibition efficiency were investigated and discussed. of a-Se and electrical properties of a-Se/c-Si hetrojunction have been
studied.The hetrojunction fabricated by deposition of a-Se film on c-
Si using thermal evaporation.
Electrical properties of a-Se/ c-Si heterojunction include I-V
characteristics, in dark at different annealing temperature and C-V
characteristics are considered in the present work.
C-V characteristics suggested that the fabricated diode was
abrupt type, built in potential determined by extrapolation from

In this paper some perturbations of a satellite orbit with heights more than 10000 km are studied. The two perturbations are due to the presence of other gravitational bodies such as Moon as a conservative perturbing forces and from the non-conservative perturbing forces such as SRP for satellite with A=5.1 m2 and m=900 kg. The position, velocity and momentum components are calculated for the perturbed equation of motion at any instant of time and thus calculate the orbital elements of each perturbation. The orbital elements for the perturbed orbit will deviate from initial elements with time. The equations of motion solved numerically using the fourth order of Runge Kutta method. The results show that the secular variation for orbital e
