This paper introduces the concept of fuzzy σ-ring as a generalization of fuzzy σ-algebra and basic properties; examples of this concept have been given.  As the first result, it has been proved that every  σ-algebra over a fuzzy set x*  is a  fuzzy σ-ring-over a fuzzy set x*  and construct their converse by example. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Campylobacter coli was extracted using digestive enzyme and hot phenol water method. Anti-LPS was prepared by injecting rabbits with different concentration of LPS. In this research note approximately prime submodules is defined as a new generalization of prime submodules of unitary modules over a commutative ring with identity. A proper submodule  of an -module  is called an approximaitly prime submodule of  (for short app-prime submodule), if when ever , where , , implies that either  or . So, an ideal  of a ring  is called app-prime ideal of  if   is an app-prime submodule of -module . Several basic properties, characterizations and examples of approximaitly prime submodules were given.
