Comparative study on tb.e activity of phospholipase enzyme which is produced by yeastØ¢  cum/ida albicansØ¢  Ø¢ into different culture media that contain phospholipids as substrates. The agar containing substrate (L-aآ­ phosphatidyl inositol) was used .

The agar containing lecithin as other substrate for comparision was also

used.

The second culture media was found the best for enzyme activity which

was measured by precipitation zone .

Salivary peroxidases have biological functions of particular importance to oral health. The aim of this paper is to shed the light on saliva and serum total peroxidases activity as well as the activity of each of salivary peroxidase (SPO) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) in patients with oral tumors. The studied participants were divided into two groups: the first group included 18 oral squamous cell carcinoma patients and 20 age and gender-matched healthy controls while the second group consisted of 20 oral ossifying fibroma patients and 23 age and gender-matched healthy controls. This study did the isolation, purification, and identification of the fungus Phytophthora cinnamomi of some infected plants, including Chili pepper, cucumber, and eggplant. The green parts of Pimpinella anisum plant were grounded to a semi-powdered state. Phenols, alkaloids and terpenes were extracted from this plant, then the anti-fungal activity was evaluated at different concentrations of 5% and 10%.
