Background: surgical treatment of established carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) can be accomplished by various operative modalities, epineurotomy of the median nerve plus carpal ligament release has been advocated by many authors, This study try to evaluate the role of epineurotomy on the outcome of operative treatment of CTS postoperatively, compared to simple release only .

     This study aims to determine the exposure of dentists to radiation resulting from the use of light therapy units and to assess their risk and impact on dental clinics.  This study was conducted in private dental clinics in the city of Erbil in northern Iraq. Surveys were conducted to collect information about light-curing units. The results were analysed using the multi-response logistic regression to determine the factors affecting the radiation values of light-curing units.      A complex number  is called an extended eigenvalue for an operator  on a Hilbert space H if there exists a nonzero operator  such that: such  is called an extended eigenoperator corresponding to. The goal of this paper is to calculate extended eigenvalues and extended eigenoperators for the weighted unilateral (Forward   and Backward) shift operators. We also find an extended eigenvalues for weighted bilateral shift operator. Moreover, the closedness of extended eigenvalues for the weighted unilateral (Forward and Backward) shift operators under multiplication is proven.

There is a theoretical controversy in the books of Usul al-Fiqh, in the past and the present, about whether the ruling should be attached to its reason (al-Hikmah), or its apparent and stable cause (al-Illah). Looking at the practical cases of the jurists, we found them sometimes attaching rulings to its reason, and sometimes to its cause, so there is a need to know the factors that affect their choices. By extrapolation, the researcher reached at nine factors that affect referring the ruling to its cause or to its reason in jurisprudential cases.
