The core interval at the K.H5\6 and K.H5\8 Wells in the West of Rutba provinces reveals a significant succession across the Late Cretaceous–Early Paleocene transition. The sampled interval encompasses a series of carbonates belonging to Digma Formation of Latest Cretaceous age, which underlies the Akashat Formtion of Danian age. A steganography hides information within other information, such as file, message, picture, or video. A cryptography is the science of converting the information from a readable form to an unreadable form for unauthorized person. The main problem in the stenographic system is embedding in cover-data without providing information that would facilitate its removal. In this research, a method for embedding data into images is suggested which employs least significant bit Steganography (LSB) and ciphering (RSA algorithm) to protect the data. System security will be enhanced by this collaboration between steganography and cryptography.

In this paper, a method for hiding cipher text in an image file is introduced . The
proposed method is to hide the cipher text message in the frequency domain of the image.
This method contained two phases: the first is embedding phase and the second is extraction
phase. In the embedding phase the image is transformed from time domain to frequency
domain using discrete wavelet decomposition technique (Haar). The text message encrypted
using RSA algorithm; then Least Significant Bit (LSB) algorithm used to hide secret message
