This research aims to identify the availability of the elements of the concept of citizenship, to identify the distribution ratios of the outputs of the musical skills curriculum at the levels of educational goals associated with the elements of the concept of citizenship in the guides of teachers of musical skills for grades (12-1) in the Sultanate of Oman. The present study was carried out in the nursery at Al – Dora (Baghdad). During spring 2015 under green hous conditions. The aim was to evaluate the effect of different concentration (0, 1.25 and 2.5) g./l of aqueous Ajwa date fruit extract on different cutting position (basal, sub terminal and terminal) for different dipping times (24, 48) hours, on cassia stem cuttings. After 2 months of planting the results showed that the 2.5 gm. /l of Ajwa date extract with basal cuttings for 48 dipping times accelerated the time of rooting to 3.7 weeks compared to 8 weeks in control treatment. Random laser gain media is synthesized with different types of dye at the same concentration (1×10^-3 M) as an active material and silicon dioxide NPs (silica SiO₂) as scatter centers through the Sol-Gel technique. The prepared samples are tested with UV–Vis spectroscopy, Fluorescence Spectroscopy, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), and Energy Dispersive X-ray Diffraction (EDX).
