The aim of the study was to study the implications of the strategic direction on organizational performance. The research was carried out in the Iraqi Ministry of Defense / Inspector General's Office for the purpose of identifying the nature of the relationship and the impact between the two variables. Our structural model was proposed based on the model (Shapiro et Sokol, 1982) and the model (Ajzen, 1991). We tested it on a sample of 163 university students at the University of Algiers 3. the age of 15 years and the presence of some associated factors that might be a predisposing factor for the

Methodology: A cross-sectional study was conducted at diabetic clinic in Children Welfare Teaching Hospital
