In the present study, a novel ligand (L) made of 2-hydroxynaphthaldehyde and 3-hydrazone-1,3-dihydro-indole-2-one(3-[(3-hydroxynaphthalen-2-yl-ethylidene)-hydrazono]-1,3-dihydro-indol-2-one). Three species of the genus Streptococcus were tested using LB for their ability to produce AgNPs and all of them had a brown appearance that confirmed their involvement in AgNPs production. AgNPs were estimated by utilizing a spectrophotometer. The antimicrobial enterprise (AgNPs) of the three species was tested against several types of dangerous bacteria.
