The following study was conducted to investigate the correlation between the expression of three different genes (NOB1, DDX47, CD101( with the occurrence and development of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in Iraq. The difference in the expression of these genes between patients and healthy controls was studied. The ceramic compound Mg1-xSixAl2O4 (x= 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) was prepared from nano powder of Al2O3 and MgO doped with Nano powder of SiO2 at different molar ratios. The specimens were prepared by standard chemical solid reaction technique and sintered at 1450 oC. Structure of the specimens was analyzed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD). This study was conducted in the specialized center of endocrinology and diabetic (AlKindy hospital from June 2004 to April 2005). Sera of 80 women (include 40 diagnosed Hyperprolactinemia (HPro) and 40 healthy women as control) were used to estimate some biochemical parameters which include prolactin (PRL),total fucose (TF), total protein (TP) and protein bound fucose (PBF), and protein bound hexose (PBHex),  also TP TF , TP PBF and TP PBHex   ratios.
