Expired drug Metoclopramide was investigated as an antibacterial corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in 0.5M H₃PO₄ solution using the electrochemical method at 30^oC and 60^oC. The results showed that this drug is an efficient inhibitor for carbon steel and the efficiency reached to 82.244 % for 175 ppm at 30^oC and 76.146% for 225 ppm at 60^oC. A sensitive and accurate colorimetric method was developed for the determination of the Sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate, here and after will be named Sitagliptin, in its pure and pharmaceutical form. The suggested approach is based on boosting the sensitivity of the traditional spectrometric methods by derivatizing Sitagliptin into a colored product that absorbs the visible spectrum at 573 nm. The proposed method has effectively improved the sensitivity and the limit of detection for the analysis of Sitagliptin.       The production of fission products during reactor operation has a very important effect on  reactor reactivity .Results of neutron cross section evaluations are presented for the main product nuclides considered as being the most important  for reactor calculation and burn-up consideration . Data from the main international libraries considered as containing the most up-to-date nuclear data   and the latest experimental measurements are considered in the evaluation processes, we describe the evaluated cross sections of the fission product nuclides by making inter comparison of the data and point out the discrepancies among libraries.
