Abstract An experiment was conducted to study the effect of Glomus mosseae and two concentration (21 and 42%) of super phosphate. They used either to be separated or together with inoculation of G. mosseae on physiological characters of Horeum Vulagera . The results showed that all treatment affected significantly especially super phosphate at the above concentration together with G. mosseae. The effects appeared as an increase in plant height , leaves area , dry weight of total plant , stem dry weight , leaves dry weight , tiller’s number , flag leaf area , dry weight of flag and also increased in CGR , RGR , RGR- NAR , LAI . Results showed that tannins exist in white chia seeds with 35%while it is 38% in black seeds, flavonoids represent 0.98mg/ml in white chia seeds and 1.5 mg/ml for black seeds. Both kinds of seeds showed anti-filamentaryactivity, the inhibition ratio was 86.5% for white seeds and 97.3% for black seeds. The depression is a suboval erosional topographic feature extending in E-Wdirection and located about 50 km north of Rutba Town, at the Western Desert of Iraq.         The present study was conducted  to reveal the effect of crude oil  on some  fungal species  isolation from soil in order to evaluate the role of these fungi   in environmental  balance of soil . The results showed a variation in numbers and  percentage of  the fungal  isolates  Aspergillus fumigatus dominated over all   isolates with  a frequency of  (32.47) . In  respect  of  the effect of  different  concentrations of the crude oil,  low concentrations (0.05, 0.1) %  showed no    effect  on radial growth ( mean colony diameter) of the isolated fungi grown &nbs
