An adaptive fuzzy weighted linear regression model in which the output is based
on the position and entropy of quadruple fuzzy numbers had dealt with. The solution
of the adaptive models is established in terms of the iterative fuzzy least squares by
introducing a new suitable metric which takes into account the types of the influence
of different imprecisions. Furthermore, the applicability of the model is made by
attempting to estimate the fuzzy infant mortality rate in Iraq using a selective set of
inputs.

A simplified parallel key was presented in this work for the Taxa of Stackys L. wildly grown in Iraq. Three records within this genus were newly recorded to our country in the present work and they are S. kermanshahansis Rech S. setifera C.A. Mey. subsp setifera, S. setifera ssp iranica (Reck.) The iron that is exceeding the capacity of transferrin and ferritin is the leading cause of cell oxidation of many organs such as liver, heart, endocrine systems, etc. This study is designed to investigate the status of liver, thyroid gland and the growth hormone in beta thalassemia patients. Background: Routine supplementation of vitamin D to infants is justifiable since vitamin D deficiency, and its consequences are highly prevalent not only in developing countries but worldwide. Maintaining a normal level of vitamin D is crucial in order to have a normal skeletal, as well as, extra-skeletal health. Knowledge of mothers regarding importance of vitamin D supplementation affect the health of their babies in a positive manner if accompanied by appropriate practice.

Objective: To determine the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of Iraqi mothers of under or equal 12 months old infants in Baghdad, AL-Rusafa, regarding vitamin D supplementation for their infants.
