The research aims at the relationship between Servant leadership dimensions test as an independent variable and an organizational trust as a variable dependent. Literature survey revealed the presence of phenylpropanoid compounds .The most widespread are hydroxycinnamic acids ( mainly caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid) and lignans (mainly arctiin and arctigenin).
