The objective of this paper is, first, study a new collection of sets such as field and we discuss the properties of this collection. Second, introduce a new concepts related to the field such as measure on field, outer measure on field and we obtain some important results deals with these concepts. Third, introduce the concept of null-additive on field as a generalization of the concept of measure on field. Furthermore, we establish new concept related to - field noted by weakly null-additive on field as a generalizations of the concepts of measure on and null-additive. Finally, we introduce the restriction of a set function  on field and many of its properties and characterizations are given.

fault-tolerant systems, with wide applications in so many fields. This paper presents
two states of multi-state k/n:G systems. The first part, we present the definition that
introduced by Al-Neweihi et al [1], where the values are the same with respect
to all system states and we show that there exists an alternative equivalent definition
to Al-Neweihi's definition. In the second part of this paper we give more general
definition proposed by Huang et al [2], where it allows different values with
respect to different system states and we provide there exists an equivalent definition
to Huang's definition when the values are increasing.

In this work, mesoporous silica SBA-15 was prepared and functionalized with amine groups (i.e., NH2) to form NH2/SBA-15. The curcumin (CUR) was encapsulated into the surface and pore of NH2/SBA-15 to create CUR@NH2/SBA-15 as an efficient carrier in drug delivery systems (DDSs). The three samples (i.e., SBA-15, NH2/SBA-15, and CUR@NH2/SBA-15) were characterized. The study investigated the effect of the carrier dose, initial CUR concentration, pH, and contact time on the CUR loading efficiency (DLE%) via adsorption. The best DLE% for the SBA-15 and NH2/SBA-15 were found to be 45% and 89.7%, respectively. The Langmuir isotherm had a greater correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.998 for SBA-15. The implementation of decentralization in Iraq was asymmetrical, leading to different forms and paces of implementation. Comparing four cases of Basra, Kirkuk, Nineveh, and Sulaymaniyah indicate that these cases differ in their political stability and autonomy in a way that led to a different forms of decentralization.
