Structural and Electrochemical Characterization of ITO Electrode Modified by f- MWCNT/graphene/polypyrrole Nanocomposite Decorated by Gold Nanoparticles

There is currently a pressing need to create an electro-analytical approach capable of detecting and monitoring genosensors in a highly sensitive, specific, and selective way. In this work, Functionalized Multiwall Carbon Nanotubes, Graphene, Polypyrrole, and gold nanoparticles nanocomposite (f-MWCNTs-GR-PPy-AuNP) were effectively deposited on the surface of the ITO electrode using a drop-casting process to modify it. The structural, morphological, and optical analysis of the modified ITO electrodes was carried out at room temperature using X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) images, atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to assess the electroanalytical performance of the electrodes after modification. The results showed that using AuNPs and PPy for modification of ITO/f-MWCNTs-GR electrode surfaces is conducive to augmenting the electrochemical performances of the electrodes. ITO/f-MWCNTs-GR showed better results in terms of higher electroactive area formation after modification with PPy and AuNPs. This work aims to figure out how to develop electrochemical biosensors for improved genosensor monitoring.

Enhancement of the Efficiency of the CZTS/Cds/Zno/ITO Solar Cell By Back Reflection and Buffer Layers Using SCAPS -1D

CZTS / CdS / ZnO / ITO solar cell was studied using Solar Cell Capacitance Simulato-1D (SCAPS-1D) program. We performed an improvement on the theoretical cell by increasing the doping and thickness of some layers. As a result, the efficiency was shifted from 2.18% to 6.17% and several back reflection layers (BSL) were introduced on the enhanced cell until. We obtained a highest conversion efficiency of 13.99%.  The best reflection layer (CZTSSe) was combined with the best buffer layer (CdSe), with thickness of 0.9µm, on the enhanced cell. Bulk Volume Determination by Modified Water Displacement Method

In this work, a modified water displacement method (MWDM) was designed and used alongside geometry method (GEM), overflow method (OFM) and water displacement method (WDM) for determination of bulk volume of a porous solid. Their results were analyzed graphically and statistically. On testing against the data obtained by Suspension/Buoyancy Method (SBM) used as gold standard, it was found that only those generated by the modified water displacement method (MWDM) were of very high accuracy and precision. Effect of SnO2/In2O3 Atomic Ratio on the Structural and Optical Properties of ITO Thin Filmsof SnO2:In2O3 Thin Film Composite Ratio on Structural and Optical Properties

In this work, the effect of atomic ratio on structural and optical properties of SnO2/In2O3 thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition technique under vacuum and annealed at 573K in air has been studied.  Atomic ratios from 0 to 100% have been used. X-ray diffraction analysis has been utilized to study the effect of atomic ratios on the phase change using XRD analyzer and the crystalline size and the lattice strain using Williamson-Hall relationship. It has been found that the ratio of 50% has the lowest crystallite size, which corresponds to the highest strain in the lattice. The energy gap has increased as the atomic ratio of indium oxide increased.
