In this work, the effects of x-value on electrical and optical properties was studied for the two dimensional (2D)GaAs_1-xP_xstructure by applying the density functional theory.We found that the gallium arsenide(GaAs) and gallium phosphide(GaP) monolayers are bound to each other, while the charge transfer between these two materialsleads to tuning the band gap value between 1.5 eV for GaAs to 2.24 eV for GaP. The density of state, band structure, and optical properties are investigated in this paper.

Alpha-tocopherol acetate is one of the most important vitamin E derivatives,that were used  as antioxidants. Adsorbents like kaolin, magnesium carbonate, and microcrystalline cellulose were used successfully to incorporate oily alpha-tocopherol acetate into an acceptable powder dosage form. The results revealed that microcrystalline cellulose as an adsorbents gave the best results with 50% loading capacity at time, 8 minutes before and after incubation period (3 months at 30C°), while kaolin and magnesium carbonate have been shown a significant difference before and after incubation. The calibration of a low-speed wind tunnel (LSWT) test section had been made in the present work. The tunnel was designed and constructed at the Aerodynamics Lab. in the Mechanical Engineering Department/University of Baghdad. The test section design speed is 70 m/s. Frictional loses and uniformity of the flow inside the test section had been tested and calibrated based on the British standards for flow inside ducts and conduits. Pitot-static tube, boundary layer Pitot tube were the main instruments which were used in the present work to measure the flow characteristics with emphasize on the velocity uniformity and boundary layer growth along the walls of the test section. Metoclopramide HCl (MTB) is a potent antiemetic drug used for the treatment of nausea and vomiting. Many trials were made to prepare a satisfactory MTB orodispersible tablet using direct compression method.Various super disintegrants were used in this study which are croscarmellose sodium (CCS), sodium starch glycolate (SSG) and crospovidone (CP). Gallbladder disease is relatively common and its complications are seen every now and then. One of the rare complications is gallbladder perforation. In our case we were faced with a picture similar to perforation of the gallbladder upon surgical exploration, with empyema of gallbladder and pericholecystic abscess and a stonelocated between the gallbladder and the liver bed (inside the abscess) and no perforation in the gallbladder or fistula with the biliary tree could be discerned.

Background: In children, chronic immune-mediated neuropathies present with slowly progressive or relapsing episodes of gait difficulty, symmetric weakness and sometimes paraesthesia. Infancy and early childhood age of presentation and familial recurrence are believed to be atypical features.

Case presentation: Herein, we describe two brothers from a non- consanguineous Iraqi family, who presented with episodes of acute immune-mediated demyelinating peripheral neuropathy in early infancy that relapsed recurrently. Mild haemolytic anaemia was also reported. Inherited metabolic disorders were suspected and Whole Exome Sequencing of the youngest brother revealed homozygous frame shift mutation in CD5
