The current research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, The research community was limited to all women affiliated with private universities located in the city of Baghdad, including female students, teachers and employees on the Karkh side only, who were withdrawn from (8) private universities, and their number is (20526) women, with a rate of (19298) female students, and (579) An employee, and (649) female teachers for the year (20202021), the researchers built a questionnaire for the health and social repercussions of the epidemiological crisis (Covid-19) on women. The research aimed at identifying the effect of using constructive learning model on academic achievement and learning soccer dribbling Skill in 2nd grade secondary school students. The researcher used the experimental method on (30) secondary school students; 10 selected for pilot study, 20 were divided into two groups. The experimental group followed constructive learning model while the controlling group followed the traditional method. At present, the ability to promote national economy by adjusting to political, economic, and technological variables is one of the largest challenges faced by organization productivity. This challenge prompts changes in structure and line productivity, given that cash has not been invested. Thus, the management searches for investment opportunities that have achieved the optimum value of the annual increases in total output value of the production line workers in the laboratory. Therefore, the application of dynamic programming model is adopted in this study by addressing the division of investment expenditures to cope with market-dumping policy and to strive non-stop production at work.
