Studying The Changes in Motility and Morphology on Human sperm after exposure to low doses of x-rays
...Show More Authors

the energy that a radiation source emits as light (photons), electromagnetic waves, or particles is known as radiation. X-ray is one type of ionizing radiation that falls within the electromagnetic wave category of short wavelengths. Because of their short wavelength. X-ray is a type of ionizing radiation that is used in a constantly growing number of diagnostic procedures. X-ray diagnostic imaging has been employed in the medical field for more than a century(Hariyoto et al., 2020). Radiation has advantages for human health, but there is also a risk. the impacts of Radiation on Fertility it is an oligospermia, or a reduction in the number of sperm cells, which is already possible after radiation exposure of 0.15 mGy. It Leads to impedes the process of generating the resultant sperm cell through a deterministic effect. (Tuieng et al., 2021). Infertility affects 1 in 6 couples globally. Nearly 50% of infertility cases are caused by male causes. Although low sperm counts, abnormal sperm morphology, and impaired sperm motility are recognized causes, the underlying reasons remain unknown in 25% of instances.(Inhorn and Patrizio, 2014). Human infertility is reliant on the meiotic process, which leads to the development of germ cells. This procedure is extremely radiation-sensitive. the relationship between radiation exposure and infertility is thought to originate from DNA damage induced by free radicals originating from radiation ionization. DNA damage might cause some mutations or cause cell death (apoptosis). (Skrzypek et al., 2019) Even though X-rays are one of the most common diagnostic instruments used on patients, not much study has been done on the impacts of X-ray exposure on medical workers. One condition that is commonly observed in medical workers who are exposed to radiation regularly is infertility. For the diagnosis of many illnesses, radiodiagnosis tools like C-ARM, and CT-SCAN. X-rays are still the mainstay. Frequent usage of small amounts of X-ray radiation can have an accumulating effect that results in other abnormal epigenetic patterns and DNA damage. To reduce the radiation exposure of medical workers, further study is required to find the best X-ray doses, times, and saf

Human Leukocyte Antigens Assosiation with Systemic Lupus Arythematosus In Iraqi Patients
...Show More Authors

Background: The etiology of Systemic lupus erythematosus seems to be multifactorial including environmental as well as genetic factors. The genetic predisposition was supported by the occurrence of Systemic lupus erythematosus in more than one member of a family as well as in identical twins.
Aim of the study: To determine the human leukocyte antigen typing class I (A and B) in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematousus disease.
Methods: Patients group consisted of 44 Iraqi Arab Muslims patients with Systemic lupus erythematosus disease who presented to Baghdad Medical City from January 2010 to January 2012 from Baghdad Province. The second control group consisted from 80 Iraqi Arab Muslims volunteers from hospital employees and t

Structural, surface morphology and optical properties of annealing treated Copper Phthalocyanine doped Fullerene (CuPc: C60) thin films
...Show More Authors
Abstract<p>The doping process with materials related to carbon has become a newly emerged approach for achieving an improvement in different physical properties for the obtained doped films. Thin films of CuPc: C60 with doping ratio of (100:1) were spin-coated onto pre-cleaned glass substrates at room temperature. The prepared films were annealed at different temperatures of (373, 423 and 473) K. The structural studies, using a specific diffractometry of annealed and as deposited samples showed a polymorphism structure and dominated by CuPc with preferential orientation of the plane (100) of (2θ = 7) except at temperature of 423K which indicated a small peak around (2θ = 3</p> ... The first successful implementation of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) was published a little over a decade ago. It is time to review the progress that has been made in this research area. This paper provides taxonomy for classifying Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) implementation of ANNs. Different implementation techniques and design issues are discussed, such as obtaining a suitable activation function and numerical truncation technique trade-off, the improvement of the learning algorithm to reduce the cost of neuron and in result the total cost and the total speed of the complete ANN. Finally, the implementation of a complete very fast circuit for the pattern of English Digit Numbers NN has four layers of 70 nodes (neurons) o

Microleakage of Pit and Fissure Sealants after Using Different Occlusal Surface Preparation Techniques: An In Vitro Study
...Show More Authors

Background: The marginal seal is essential for sealant success because penetration of bacteria under the sealant might allow caries onset or progression. The aim of the present study was to estimate and compare the microleakage of pit and fissure sealant after various methods of occlusal surface preparation. Materials and methods: Thirty non-carious premolars extracted for orthodontic reasons were equally divided into three groups. In group one, occlusal fissures were opened with round carbide bur, in group two, occlusal surfaces of the teeth were cleaned with a dry pointed bristle brush and samples of group three were cleaned with a slurry of fine flour of pumice in water using rubber cup. Then fissures of all teeth were etched using 35% p

Summary

The fundamental turning point in American policy towards the Iran was the success of the Islamic revolution in Iran 1979 . Since than U S policy has been hostile to Iran . After the events 11 September 2001 , there was an American idea of dialogue with some countries opposed to US policy , including Iran . In 2004 the United States launched the Greater Middle East project , which contain a range of political , economic and cultural proposals for the region , all of which were in the interest of the United States and ( Israel ) , which Iran opposed . The failure of U S projects in region prompted the United States to agree with Iran on the nuclear file . On 8 May 2018 U S President Donald Trump of

Synthesis and Characterization of Some New Pyridine and Pyrimidine Derivatives and Studying Their Biological Activities
...Show More Authors

Heterocyclic systems, which are essential in medicinal chemistry due to their promising cytotoxic activity, are one of the most important families of organic molecules found in nature or produced in the laboratory. As a result of coupling N-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-oxo-butanamide (3) using thiourea, indole-3-carboxaldehyde, or piperonal, the pyrimidine derivatives (5a and 5b) were produced. Furthermore, pyrimidine 9 was synthesized by reacting thiophene-2-carboxaldehyde with ethyl cyanoacetate and urea with potassium carbonate as a catalyst. The chalcones 11a and 11b were synthesized by reacting equal molar quantities of 1-naphthaldehy
