Employee Stealing or internal theft is considered from the passive practices that can’t be denied or be hidden, In spite of the hospital privacy as a serving organization that works 24\7 and deleing with human lives, they weren’t infallible from that kind of practice. To prevent or reduce this practice, it was important to search for the organizational and behavioral factors influencing internal thefts.  هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى فاعلية المعلمين في تطبيق نموذج بنائي في تدريس مادة العلوم للصف الثاني الأساسي . وقد استخدمت استراتيجيات نوعية في جمع البيانات وتحليلها . وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة ان المعلمين تقربوا أكثر إلى السلوك البنائي , وابدوا رغبة في استخدام استراتيجيات بنائية في تدريسهم للعلوم . واختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات .

The research aims to study the effect of knowledge upgrade on business continuity in private colleges and universities in Baghdad. The research problem is summarized in the main question (were the academic leaders able to employ knowledge upgrading to enhance business continuity).             The aim of the current research is to measure the sense of coherence among individuals with physical disabilities. The researcher adopted a scale of (29) paragraphs spread over three domains designed by Antonovski (1993) to measure the sense of coherence. A sample of (210) disabled individuals was chosen randomly to collect the required data. The data were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The result showed a lack of sense of coherence among the sample.
