This problem appears specially at the war of 2003 , it is effected on culture and it trances through communications tools , internet and satellite .

The present work is an attempt to develop design data for an Iraqi roof and wall constructions using the latest ASHRAE Radiant Time Series (RTS) cooling load calculation method. The sensor performance with tuned NCF diameter was investigated to maximize the evanescent fields.
