Recently, complementary perfect corona domination in graphs was introduced. A dominating set S of a graph G is said to be a complementary perfect corona dominating set (CPCD – set) if each vertex in  is either a pendent vertex or a support vertex and  has a perfect matching. The minimum cardinality of a complementary perfect corona dominating set is called the complementary perfect corona domination number and is denoted by . The current study showed that the plants were collected from 23 geographical locations in Brenaj, Wasit, Iraq. The region was characterized by a great diversity of wild plants spread densely in this region. The results were as follows: 32 families, 149 species. The measurements and tests of the samples conducted in the laboratories of the College of Agriculture included isolating bio-fertilizers and testing the efficiency of isolates that fix atmospheric nitrogen and solubilize phosphorous compounds. Bacteria were isolated and identified from the rhizosphere soils of different plants collected from various agricultural areas. A total of 74 bacterial isolates were obtained based on the phenotypic characteristics of the developing colonies, as well as biochemical and microscopic traits.
