The Ratawi Oil Field (ROF) is one of Iraq's most important oil fields because of its significant economic oil reserves. The major oil reserves of ROF are in the Mishrif Formation. The main objective of this paper is to assess the petrophysical properties, lithology identification, and hydrocarbon potential of the Mishrif Formation using interpreting data from five open-hole logs of wells RT-2, RT-4, RT-5, RT-6, and RT-42. Understanding reservoir properties allows for a more accurate assessment of recoverable oil reserves. The rock type (limestone) and permeability variations help tailor oil extraction methods, extraction methods and improving recovery techniques. The results of analyzing BVRI CCD photometry of the spiral galaxies NGC 7339, NGC 7537, and NGC 7541 are presented using the observations acquired with the 1.88m Kottamia telescope (Egypt). The overall structure of the galaxies is analyzed together with isophotal contour maps. The surface brightness profiles of the galaxies are decomposed to bulge and disk components by fitting a de Vaucouleurs law for the bulge and an exponential law for the disk to obtain photometric parameters for each component. The corrected total and absolute magnitudes and integrated color are also obtained and found to be close to the published values. The radial profiles of ellipticity, major-axis position angle, and color are also obtained and discussed.

The aim of this paper is to introduce and study a new kind of graphs associated to an ideal of a commutative ring. Let â„› be a commutative ring with identity, and I(â„›) be the set of all non-trivial ideals of â„› with S I(â„›). The sum ideal graph associated to S, denoted by       Î¨(â„›, S), is the undirected graph with vertex set {A I(â„›): S⊂A+B, for some B I(â„›)} where two ideal vertices A and B are adjacent if and only if A B and S⊂A+B. In this paper we establish some of characterizations and results of this kind of graph with providing some examples.
