This paper proposes a better solution for EEG-based brain language signals classification, it is using machine learning and optimization algorithms. This paper proposes a collaborative system called Recycle Rewarding System (RRS), and focuses on the aspect of using information communication technology (ICT) as a tool to promote greening.
