Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease that is considered a major worldwide healthcare problem. Multiple studies have revealed that people with DM are more likely to acquire oral problems, such as periodontal diseases, because the oral microbiota plays a major role in oral health and may affect the saliva composition.       The toxicity effect of Chanca piedra (Phyllanthus niruri)leaves extract was studied on albino rats. Rats were divided into four groups, four per group. Group 1 received water and feeds only, whileonly. Groups 2, 3, and 4 were administered doses of the extract 200 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg, and 800 mg/kg body weight respectively. Parameters studied were indices of liver and kidney function. Results showed that final body weight, serum, AST, ALP, urea, Creatinine, and some electrolytes were not affected by the administration of the different doses of the extract. Reuse of spent hydrodesulphurization (HDS) of middle petroleum fractions catalyst CoMo/γAl₂O₃ was accomplished via removal of coke and contaminants such as vanadium, Iron, Nickel, and sulfur. Three processes were adopted; extraction, leaching, decoking. Soluble and insoluble coke was removed. Leaching step used three different solvents (oxalic acid, ammonium peroxydisulfate and oxalic acid + H₂O₂) in separate in order to remove contaminant metals (V, S, Ni and Fe).

   The effect of soluble coke removal on leaching step was studied. It was found that the removal of soluble coke significantly enhances the leaching of contaminants and barely affected the removal of active metals

Self-assessment is a process of formative assessment during which teachers reflect on and evaluate the quality of their work, decide the degree to which they reflect explicitly stated goals or criteria, identify strengths and weaknesses in their work, and revise accordingly. The present study is an attempt to find out the SA of Iraqi English language teachers. The sample consists of 100 teachers in Baghdad. An inventory of many domains distributed to the teachers, they are, routines, expectations, language, time, opportunities, physical environment, and interactions. The results show that the EFL teachers practice four domains of SA they are: routines, physical environment, time, and language.
