The research aims to present qualitative and quantitative descriptions of the methods used in tackling the topics discussed in the program, and knowing whether they satisfy the conditions and scientific foundations for the research, investigation, analysis, and interpretation. A simple, rapid spectrophotometric method has been established for the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride (CPZ) in its pure form and in a tablet formulations. The  suggested  method  is  based  on  the  oxidative coupling  reaction  with4-nitroainlline using KIO₃ in acidic solution to produce a violet colored product with maximum absorption at λ=526 nm.The  analytical data  obtained  throughout  this  study  could  be  summarid  as  follows:  1ml of 1M HCl (pH=2.2), 1 ml  of  4-nitroanilline (1x10^-2M), and 1.5ml  of (1x10^-2)KIO₃ per 25 ml reaction medium. The availability of these metals in the human body ‎may perform many biochemical functions and some of them linked with various diseases at ‎high levels. The current study aimed to evaluate the concentration of various metals in ‎common local consumed vegetables using ICP-MS. In this study, a low-cost biosorbent, dead mushroom biomass (DMB) granules, was used for investigating the optimum conditions of Pb(II), Cu(II), and Ni(II) biosorption from aqueous solutions. Various physicochemical parameters, such as initial metal ion concentration, equilibrium time, pH value, agitation speed, particles diameter, and adsorbent dosage, were studied. Five mathematical models describing the biosorption equilibrium and isotherm constants were tested to find the maximum uptake capacities: Langmuir, Freundlich, Redlich-Peterson, Sips, and Khan models.
