This study presents the design, modeling, and experimental evaluation of a three-level electro-hydraulic elevator system controlled by a Delta DVP-20SX2 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) equipped with an integrated Proportional–Integral–Derivative (PID) module. The PLC, programmed in Ladder Logic using ISPSoft 2.46, regulates cabin motion across all three levels. This paper analyses the relationship between selected macroeconomic variables and gross domestic product (GDP) in Saudi Arabia for the period 1993-2019. Specifically, it measures the effects of interest rate, oil price, inflation rate, budget deficit and money supply on the GDP of Saudi Arabia. The method employs in this paper is based on a descriptive analysis approach and ARDL model through the Bounds testing approach to cointegration. The results of the research reveal that the budget deficit, oil price and money supply have positive significant effects on GDP, while other variables have no effects on GDP and turned out to be insignificant. This study investigated the efficacy of nasal injection of rhodamine B nanospanlastic (RBN) for magnetic vesicle imaging of specific brain locations. Effective delivery of RBN, which functions as fluorescence agents, to specific brain regions is necessary to achieve fluorescence particle imaging (FPI). There has been interest in nasal administration as a means of administering drugs directly to the brain, thereby circumventing the blood-brain barrier.
