The paper deals with claims in construction projects in Iraq and studies their types, causes, impacts, resolution methods and then proposes a management system to control the impacts of claims. Two parts have been done to achieve the research objective (theoretical part and practical part). The findings showed that the main types of the claims are extra work claims, different site condition claims, delay claims and the main causes of the claims are variation of the orders, design errors and omission, delay in payments by owner, variation in quantities and scheduling errors. The aim of the present investigation was to develop a microsponge delivery system of acyclovir to control its release when applied topically thereby reducing dosing frequency and enhancement patient compliance. The microsponges were produced by the oil in oil emulsion solvent diffusion method. The effect of different formulation and process variables such as internal phase volume, polymer type, drug-polymer ratio, stirring speed and stirring duration on microsponge production yield, loading efficiency, particle size and in-vitro drug release was evaluated. The aim of this work is to study the effect of mud compositions on it’s rheological behavior under high temperature conditions. Seventeen samples of five types of water base mud in which (fresh water bentonite mud. Lignosulphonate mud, gypsum mud, polymer mud, and salt saturated mud) were tested with different temperatures using the fann viscometer model 50-c. All the tested samples, except the fresh water bentonite mud, have the same trend reduction in both plastic viscosity and yield point with increasing temperature. يسعى هذا البحث الى تقديم اطار عملي ونظري حول موضوع "تأثير الاقتصاد المنزلي في تعزيز الاداء العالي" وتم اختبار مخطط الدراسة الفرضي في القطاع التعليمي الحكومي في محافظة البصرة ,ويتضمن عدد من تشكيلات الجامعة التقنية الجنوبية. واستخدمت الاستبانة والمقابلة الشخصية كأسلوب لجمع البيانات للدراسة وكان حجم العينة114 موظف. وقد استخدمت عدد من الاساليب الاحصائية لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. واظهرت النتائج بأن هناك تأثير ايج
