In developing countries, individual students and researchers are not able to afford the high price of the subscription to the international publishers, like JSTOR, ELSEVIER,…; therefore the governments and/or universities of those countries aim to purchase one global subscription to the international publishers to provide their educational resources at a cheaper price, or even freely, to all students and researchers of those institutions. For realizing this concept, we must build a system that sits between the publishers and the users (students or researchers) and act as a gatekeeper and a director of information: this system must register its users and must have an adequate security to ensure that only the affiliated students are able to access its services. It also needs to have security and trust mechanisms built-in for commercial partners to accept their connections. This paper describes the work done on the design and implementation of the IVL (Iraqi Virtual Library).
Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) has a worldwide distribution and extremely common infections. The presence of HCMV genome and antigens has been detected in many kinds of human cancers especially breast cancer. In Iraq, the incidence of breast cancer generally exceeds any other type of malignancies among Iraqi population. The study was performed in the period between October 2016 and June 2017 in Central public health laboratory/Baghdad. Show MoreThe study was conducted for the detection of Aflatoxin B1(AFB1) in the serum and urine of 42 early and middle childhood patients (26 male and 16 female ) with renal function disease, liver function disease, in additional to atrophy in the growth and other symptoms depending on the information within consent obtained from each patient, in addition to 8 children, apparently healthy, as the control. The technique of HPLC was used for the detection of AFB1 from all samples. Based on collections made during March to September 2012. A totals of 58 species belong to 33 genera were identified from extra north to extra south of Erbil governorate, among them 30 species are registered as a new record to flora of Iraq. Most attention was paid to the most common and abundant lichens that present almost in most locations, which were Collema cristatum, Diploschistes scruposus, Lecanora dispersa, Lecanora murales, Pertusaria flavicunda, Placidium lacinulatum, Thelomma californicum and Verrucaria Maura.

In this paper, a discussion of the principles of stereoscopy is presented, and the phases
of 3D image production of which is based on the Waterfall model. Also, the results are based
on one of the 3D technology which is Anaglyph and it's known to be of two colors (red and
cyan).
A 3D anaglyph image and visualization technologies will appear as a threedimensional
by using a classes (red/cyan) as considered part of other technologies used and
implemented for production of 3D videos (movies). And by using model to produce a
software to process anaglyph video, comes very important; for that, our proposed work is
implemented an anaglyph in Waterfall model to produced a 3D image which extracted from a
video.
