Study the Structure Properties of Semiconductor Film Multilayered

In this research was study the effect of increasing the number of layers of the semiconductor films as PbS on the average grain sizes and illustrate the relationship between the increase in the average grain size and thickness of the membrane, and membrane was prepared using the easy and simple and does not need the complexity of which is that the chemical bath , and from an X-ray diffraction found that the material and the installation of a random cubic and when increasing the number of layers deposited note the emergence of a number of vertices of a substance and PbS at different levels but the level is more severe (200) as well as the value is calculated optical energy gap and found to be not affected by increase thickness and from this value can be determined  the  applications of semiconductor materials and elected on the basis of Article absorbed optical radiation that incident on them.

The Effect of the Thickness of Polycrystalline CdS film on the Efficiency of Cu2S/CdS Solar Cell

In this paper, Cu2S/CdS solar cells were prepared with different thickness of CdS layer, these layers were prepared by using chemical spray pyrolysis technique. The chemical spray solution was prepared by mixing cadmium chloride CdCl2 and thiourea CS(NH2)2 of molar concentration 0.1 M/L, the CdS layer was formed after the solution was sprayed on hot Aluminum substrate at temperature 400°C. Experimentally the type of CdS film was found as n–type depending on the results of Hall Effect, the value of the Hall factor (RH) is about – 1.348 x 10–6 m3/C and the density of the majority charge carriers (N) is about 4.64x1018 cm–3.       The prepared film was tested by using X-Ray

Nuclear structure study of 20Ne, 24Mg, 28Si and 32S nuclei using Skyrme-Hartree-Fock method

The Skyrme–Hartree–Fock (SHF) method with the Skyrme
parameters; SKxtb, SGII, SKO, SKxs15, SKxs20 and SKxs25 have
been used to investigate the ground state properties of some 2s-1d
shell nuclei with Z=N (namely; 20Ne, 24Mg, 28Si and 32S) such as, the
charge, proton and matter densities, the corresponding root mean
square (rms) radii, neutron skin thickness, elastic electron scattering
form factors and the binding energy per nucleon. The calculated
results have been discussed and compared with the available
experimental data.

Study of nuclear structure for carbon isotopes using local scale transformation technique in shell model

This work is devoted to study the properties of the ground states such as the root-mean square ( ) proton, charge, neutron and matter radii, nuclear density distributions and elastic electron scattering charge form factors for Carbon Isotopes (9C, 12C, 13C, 15C, 16C, 17C, 19C and 22C). The calculations are based on two approaches; the first is by applying the transformed harmonic-oscillator (THO) wavefunctions in local scale transformation (LST) to all nuclear subshells for only 9C, 12C, 13C and 22C. In the second approach, the 9C, 15C, 16C, 17C and 19C isotopes are studied by dividing the whole nuclear system into two parts; the first is the compact core part and the second is the halo part. The core and halo parts are studied using the

Study the Effect of MgO Addition on Some of Physical Properties of ZnO

Different percents(1.0,2.5,5.0 and 10)wt%of MgO powders were added to ZnO powder to study their effects on the physical properties of ZnO.Density, porpsity and water absorption of ZnO were decreased as MgO weigth percentage content increased. The values of vickers hardneess have double values especially at 1.0 wt % of MgO.

The Conceptual Representations of the Jewish Personality in the International Cinema (Munich film as a model)

This study deals with the intellectual representations whose intellectual systems are incarnated in the Jewish personality, which is considered one of the complex intellectual systems that has caused controversy throughout the ages because of the ambiguity due to the religious and psychological factors that were reflected directly and strongly on the intellectual structure of the Jewish community in general and the Jewish - Zionist personality in particular, in an attempt (to create new dimensions embodied by intellectual representations of a human nature embodied by what that - peaceful - religiously oppressed - psychologically and socially isolated character presents, because of the curse of the peoples of the world that was a cause fo

A study of the effect of nano materials on the physical properties of epoxy composites

This research studies the effect of addition of some nanoparticles
(MgO, CuO) and grain size (30,40nm) on some physical properties
(impact strength, hardness and thermal conductivity) for a matrix
blend of epoxy resin with SBR rubber. Hand –Lay up method was
used to prepare the samples. All samples were immersed in water for
9 weeks.
The Results showed decreased in the values of impact strength and
hardness but increased the coefficient of thermal conductivity.

Study of the Influence of Different Optical Properties on the Image of Compound light microscope

Microscope images are characterized by a number of specific parameters, the influence of such parameters (intensity, magnification, numerical aperture, diaphragms aperture, segmentation, and edge detecting technique) on measurement in optical microscope images have been determined with using a powerful image processing methods. As one of the most widespread techniques in biological investigation and dynamic process, light compound microscopy has used to analyze the optical properties of biological images. The results indicate that a wide aperture allows maximum resolution and depth of field, but decreases the contrast. While a small aperture improve visibility and contrast but decreases the resolution. The results also show the best perf

Experimental Study of Thermophysical Properties of TiO2 Nanofluid

Titanium-dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles suspended in water, and ethanol based fluids have been prepared using one step method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and UV–visible spectrophotometer. The TiO2 nanoparticles were added to base fluids with different volume concentrations from 0.1% to1.5% by dispersing the synthesized nanoparticles in deionized water and ethanol solutions. The effective thermal conductivity, viscosity and pH of prepared nanofluids at different temperatures from 15 to 30 oC were carried out and investigated. It was observed that the thermal conductivity, pH, and viscosity of nanofluids increases with the increase in TiO2 nanoparticle volume fraction

Study of Nuclear Properties of High Purity Germanium

In the current study, the observations depended on some nuclear properties of Germanium isotopes that are used for multiple purposes by studying transverse sections when interacting with charged particles such as alpha and proton particles and their interaction with gamma rays of conjugal isotopes relative to the stability of the nucleus with other nuclei. By calculating the cross sections of the  (α, )   ,  (γ,x)0-NN-1, (γ,2n)  , (α,p)  reactions of  isotope. Nuclear reactions in the newer global libraries (EXFOR, ENDF, JEF, JEFF, GENDL) have been published to identify appropriate energies in calculating the inverse nuclear re
