They all were admitted to the Emergency Department of Neurosurgery Teaching Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq, during January 2015 to January 2017. The operator  is used to combine an operator proof of the generating function with its extension, Mehler's formula with its extension and Roger's formula for the polynomials .
