Objective: To determine the effect of echogenic amniotic fluid during term pregnancy on the presence of meconium stain liquor and pregnancy outcome. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 1080 term pregnant women who visited Al-Elwiya Maternity Teaching Hospital from May 1st, 2021, to May 1st, 2023. The Films of CdTe:Zn were prepared on a glass by using vacuum vapor deposition technique .The x-ray diffraction pattern revealed that the films have polycrystalline with FCC structure and the preferred orientation was along (111) plane.  The films were exposed to a low dose of gamma ray.(5µCi for 30 days) Transmission and absorptance spectra were recorded in the range of (400-1100) nm before and after irradiation. It was found that irradiation has a clear effect on the optical and structural properties which include the transmition and absorption spectra, extinction coefficient, refractive index, and the energy gap.

   The present study  is designed to reveal the  effect of  Voltarin drug   on some genetic indicators such as  mitotic index(MI) of bone marrow cells and chromosome  aberrations(CA) .The Voltarin is one of non Steroidal Anti-inflammation drug .Three concentrations of Voltarin  were used  1.6 , 2 , 2.5   mg/kg  Albino  mices  (Mus  musculus) were  injected  for 7 days then     mitotic index (MI) was counted and chromosomal aberrations of bone marrow cells  .  The  results  could be  summarized  as   follows :  1-The doses (1.6,2) mg/Kg  showed no  negative effects on&nbs
