The presence of dyes in wastewater has become a major issue all over the world. The discharge of dyes in the environment is concerned for both toxicological and esthetical reasons. In this study, the removal of dyes from aqueous solution by electrocoagulation using aluminum electrodes as cathode and anode were investigated with the electrocoagulation cell of 1litter. The study included: the impact of various operating parameters on the dyes removal efficiency like pH, NaCl concentration, distance between electrodes, voltage, initial dyes concentration and type of electrodes. Survivin, a member of inhibitor of apoptosis family is increasingly used as a target for cancer therapy design because it has a key role in cell growth and inhibition of cell apoptosis. Also it can be used as a biomarker for targeting cancer because it is found in almost all cancer but not normal cells. Our strategy was to design (computationally) a molecule to be used as survivin inhibitor. This molecule was named lead10 and was used furthermore to find (virtually) existing drugs with a good survivin inhibition activity.

In this paper , the CO2 laser receiver system is designed and studied, with wavelength laser 10.6 ?m in room temperature , and to evaluate the performance and discussion it via the package of optical design (ZEMAX), from its output the Spot Diagram is measured through RMS ,and from the Ray fan plot , the aberrations is found which is the normal error for the best focus named (under corrected ) , the other output was the Geometric Encircled Energy in the spot diagram . and found that the radius of spot diagram at 80% (R80%) from the total energy ,and focal shift .The designed system have high efficiency and low cost .
