The effects of nutrients and physical conditions on phytase production were investigated with a recently isolated strain of Aspergillus tubingensis SKA under solid state fermentation on wheat bran. The nutrient factors investigated included carbon source, nitrogen source, phosphate source and concentration, metal ions (salts) and the physical parameters investigated included inoculum size, pH, temperature and fermentation duration. The present study was used 20 adult male rats that distributed to four groups (each group consist 5 rats); control group that administrated normal saline, rats group that exposure to X ray for two weeks, rats group that exposure to X ray with 50ug of green silver nanoparticles for two weeks, rats group that exposure to X ray with 100ug of green silver nanoparticles for two weeks. The results show high significant increased (P < 0.01) in levels of malonedialdehyied (MDA), and high significant decreased (P < 0.01) in levels glutathione (GSH) and significant increased (P < 0.01) in levels of Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST), Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP), compared with control group.
