In this study, Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles were synthesized by an easy and eco-friendly technique (green synthesis) using green tea leaves (Camillia sinensis), Nanoparticles were analyzed using structural and optical analysis, the X-ray pattern showed that Titanium Dioxide NPs had a tetragonal structure with (Face Centered Tetragonal) FCT crystal structure, the UV-visible recorded an absorbance peak near 350 nm and calculated energy band gap was 3.5 eV, all measurements were proved the purity and Nano size of prepared Nanoparticles.  The paper exposes a discourse taxonomy of language clichéd units in English and Russian, and presents some definitions of what is a cliché as being a semioticform of perceiving language and discourse. Also, it deals with language clichés as being units of structure reflecting a scheme of stereotypical situations of dialogue, whether among individuals of one culture, or in relation to cross-cultural communication. The paper proposes a taxonomy of units in language clichés in English and Russian by tackling clichés of daily use, such as professional, cultural, artistic, and scientific clichés.

This research has targeted four aims related to the social morals of university students in terms of psychological aspect and Islamic field; they had been achieved as follow:

1. It had been sought in the social morals concept in Islam in relation to the Holy Quran and Hadith sources.
2. It had been built standard for the social morals of the university students through analyzing Hadith and adopting focus ratio to identify the number of ten social moral items; and they have been subjected to the statistical analysis then finding the psychometric indicators to identify their truth and validity.
