ترك السلطان عبدالحميد الثاني بصماتهُ على أخاديد الزمان وعلى خارطة المشرق العربي الخاضع للسيطرة العثمانية أنذاك ، لكونهُ أهم شخصية أسلامية غير عربية واجهت الخطر الصهيوني ومحاولاتهم الإستيطانية في مشرق الوطن العربي ، على الرغم من صعوبة الظروف التي كانت تمر بها الدولة العثمانية داخليا ً وخارجيا ً، بما فيها من أطماع اقتسامها بين الاوربين ولذا سموها بالرجل المريض .

تُعد دراسة أعلام الفكر العربي والإسلامي من أهم الدراسات التاريخية ولا يمكن للأمم المتحضرة أن تنسى علمائها ومفكريها لما لهم من دور كبير في حاضر الأمة ومستقبلها و تاريخنا الإسلامي يحفل بالعديد من العلماء ورجال المعرفة  الذين ساعدوا على تقدم ورقي العرب والمسلمين على الأمم الأخرى0

Thermal evaporation method has used for depositing CdTe films
on corning glass slides under vacuum of about 10-5mbar. The
thicknesses of the prepared films are400 and 1000 nm. The prepared
films annealed at 573 K. The structural of CdTe powder and prepared
films investigated. The hopping and thermal energies of as deposited
and annealed CdTe films studied as a function of thickness. A
polycrystalline structure observed for CdTe powder and prepared
films. All prepared films are p-type semiconductor. The hopping
energy decreased as thickness increased, while thermal energy
increased.

Mass transfer was studied using a rotating cylinder electrode with different lengths of legs acting as turbulence promoters. Two types of rotating cylinder ,made of brass, were examined : an enhanced cylinder one, with four rectangular extensions 10 mm long, 10 mm wide, and 1mm thick, and an enhanced cylinder two with four longitudes 30 mm long,10 mm wide, and 1mm thick. The best performance was obtained for enhanced cylinder two at low rotation speeds while enhanced cylinder one was realized at high rotation speeds. This paper proposes a new method to tune a fractional order PID controller. This method utilizes both the analytic and numeric approach to determine the controller parameters. The control design specifications that must be achieved by the control system are gain crossover frequency, phase margin, and peak magnitude at the resonant frequency, where the latter is a new design specification suggested by this paper. These specifications results in three equations in five unknown variables.
