Microalgae present much usefulness for antimicrobial research because of its enormous biodiversity and rapid growth rate. From this study results it is reaveled that Chlamydomonas reinhardtii were isolated from a pond of water in the province of Diwaniyah. The culture supernatants were obtained when extracted with methanol solvent. Antimicrobial activity of extracts was tested for pathogens, and the best inhibition zone obtained was against Candida albicans (32mm), S.aureus (15mm), and to E.coli (9mm).      In this study, cadmium oxide (CdO) was deposited on glass bases by thermal chemical spraying technique at three concentrations (0.05, 0.1, 0.15) M and then was irradiated by CO₂ laser with 10.6 μm wave length and 1W power. The results of the atomic force microscope AFM test showed that the surfaces of these CdO thin films were homogenous and that the laser irradiated effect resulted in decreasing the roughness of the surface as well as the heights of the granular peaks, indicating a greater uniformity and homogeneity of the surfaces. A graphene-based battery-like supercapacitors (SC) were manufactured. The prime objective of this research was to use environmentally friendly and natural materials as possible for the SC electrodes, electrolytes and the separators. The SC were designed in cells like batteries, three types of plastic cases were used as SC cells; the electrode and electrolyte materials were mixed together and a solution formed and placed in the designed cell. The electrode material was graphene powder with different weights mixed with different volumes of electrolytes (which were: lemon juice, apple vinegar, H2SO4 and HNO3), and the separators used were Polytetrafluoroethylene polymer (PTFE) and cellulose based parchment paper (PP).
