Deflection Analysis of an Elastic Single Link Robotic Manipulator
...Show More Authors

Abstract

Robotics manipulators with structural flexibility provide an attractive alternative to rigid robotics manipulators for many of the new and evolving applications in robotics. In certain applications their use is unavoidable. The increased complexity in modeling and control of such manipulators is offset by desirable performance enhancements in some respects. In this paperthe single- link flexible robotics manipulator was designed and implemented from Perspex and designed with 0.5 m length , 0.02 m width and with 0.004 m thickness with mass located at the tip. There are four subsystems; motion, control, accelerometer and gyro and a host computer subsystem. The work principle of single-link robotics manipulator is the base servomotor. It rotates a hub with the link on it and measure the  tip deflection. the deflection  was measured for three cases without load,  with 27.5 and with 59.4 gram at the end of the flexible link . During each of the above cases I rotated the base servo motor at an angular velocity equals to 90 deg./s using control card based on ATMEGA640 microcontroller. the deflection  was measured for the three cases and the deflection measured by MMA7631 Accelerometer and Gyro . This accelerometer  controlled by  using MEGA Arduino board . Then the dataI collected collected from accelerometer and plot it using MATLAB software and compared between theoretical results obtained from MATLAB program that based on Lagrange equation of motion and experimental results and we found the maximum deflection occurred when V=180 deg/sec and tip load=59.5 gram.

Environmental education is considered as process of getting Humans in communication with this environment and all its various resources. such process requires acquiring knowledge about the environment that com help humans understand their correlative relations with the environmental elements on one hand and among the environmental elements themselves on the other . Besides, such a process requires developing human skills that help them participate in developing environmental circumstances. Therefore environmental education is responsible for perspective and cultural development that governs human behavior. Regarding their environment and stimulating tendencies and interests towards the environment , let alone helping humans acquire the c

On Fully Stable Banach Algebra Modules Relative to an Ideal
...Show More Authors

In this paper, the concept of fully stable Banach Algebra modules relative to an ideal has been introduced. Let A be an algebra, X is called fully stable Banach A-module relative to ideal K of A, if for every submodule Y of X and for each multiplier ?:Y?X such that ?(Y)?Y+KX. Their properties and other characterizations for this concept have been studied.

An Evolutionary Algorithm for Solving Academic Courses Timetable Scheduling Problem
...Show More Authors

Scheduling Timetables for courses in the big departments in the universities is a very hard problem and is often be solved by many previous works although results are partially optimal. This work implements the principle of an evolutionary algorithm by using genetic theories to solve the timetabling problem to get a random and full optimal timetable with the ability to generate a multi-solution timetable for each stage in the collage. The major idea is to generate course timetables automatically while discovering the area of constraints to get an optimal and flexible schedule with no redundancy through the change of a viable course timetable. The main contribution in this work is indicated by increasing the flexibility of generating opti

The importance of knowledge is represented in the use of various sources of information, the corresponding to the same level of importance is the use of modern means and technologies in the delivery and investment of these sources to the beneficiaries, among these means and technologies are the multimedia that deal with most of the human senses, but the most important of which is sight and hearing, if these are invested the means in the field of education will give many positive results, such as the speed of receiving information, its clarity, and its freedom from impurities and influences, as well as its stability in memory as it is based on nderstanding, not memorization. On this basis, the experience of supporting the education process

Literature and Ecology: Promoting an Eco-Consciousness through Children Literature
...Show More Authors

The study scrutinises intermingled relations between children literature and some ecological issues. Such interwoven relationships would be highly recommended to encourage children to explore and identify themselves with nature from early ages to avoid facing an extreme experience later on.  The research limits its scope to two novels Suzanne Collins’ (1962) The Hunger Games trilogy (2003-2007) and William Golding’s (1911-1993) Lord of the Flies (1954), and both novels have no direct connections with Ecology and the Eco-consciousness, yet it offers an insightful description about Man’s experience with Nature. Moreover, it raises serious moral questions, raises awareness, heals wounds and suggests solutions for the problems th

The picture has taken a place that sometimes enables it to take precedence over media analysis، psychology، and political communication.
The image has the ability to influence to obtain persuasion، not only emotionally or

It can be identified by a set of underlying dimensions such as vitality، social dominance، and confidence، for which a group of specific suggestions or movements، such
as a smile، the movement of hands، or the nature and way of looking with the eyes، is
established. The visual image often precedes its verbal counterpart in the proce
