A relatively novel technique differential equations named Differential Transform Technique (DTM) is proposed. The evaluation of this approach is based on an iterative method in series form. Here, First give several basic definitions and properties of DTM, and applied various examples for the proposed method are tested to show the efficiency and accuracy to get the solutions of non-linear pantograph equation with elegantly computed components. This study aimed to determine obesity level of some population in Baghdad by using Bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) and compared with anthropometric measurements such as body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC) and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR). Statistical analysis results of linear correlation coefficients for obesity indicators showed that BIA correlation 0.92 was most significant and reliable for obesity measurement.

To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan.
