The purpose is to examine the effects of fear and quadratic fixed effort harvesting on the system's dynamic behavior. The  two  i nsecticides  Nogos and  Sumicidin  were  tested  for  their activity  against larvae  and  eggs  of  Culex  pipiens under  laboratory conditi on.
