The aim of the research is to study the effect of the roundhouse strategy on the achievement of fifth grade secondary school in physics and their pivotal thinking. The experiment has been applied for obtaining the data, which were processed statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences, the results revealed that the students of the experimental group who studied using the roundhouse strategy was superior to the students of the control group who studied in the traditional method in the achievement exam.    A potentiostatic study for the corrosion of pure zinc in 0.01 M HCl was achieved in absence and presence of (linear alkylbenzene solfonate LAS) detergents in a range of concentrations (0-50) mg/L. The electrochemical studies included anodic, cathodic polarization by using potentiostat over temperature rang (293- 323) K.     The mechanism of corrosion rate of pure zinc was suggested by evaluating of αa , αc , ba , bc , i0 , Rp and the kinetic parameters also calculated ( Ea , A) at the above temperature rang, The thermodynamic of corrosion, corrosion accelerating and corrosion  protecting were investigated by calculating  (∆G, ∆H and ∆s) values

     In the present work effect of recycled heating and cooling on the values of concrete compressive strength due to high temperature of 400⁰C was studied.

    The tests show that the percent of reduction in compressive strength of the samples which exposed to a temperature of 400⁰C for one cycle was 32.5%, while the reduction was 52.7% for the samples which were exposed to recycled heating and cooling of ten times .

Heat treatment by solid solution method in the ?+? phase region was used at 970°C for Ti-5Al-2.5Fe alloy. The specimens cooled under different cooling media [water quenched (WQ), air cooled (AC) and furnace cooled (FC)], and subsequently aged at 550°C for 4 hours.
