A computational investigation has been carried out to describe synthesis optimization procedure of magnetic lenses. The research is concentrated on the determination of the inverse design of the symmetrical double polepiece magnetic lenses whose magnetic field distribution is already defined. Magnetic lenses field model well known in electron optics have been used as the axial magnetic field distribution. This study aimed to study the effect of mixture of nano titanium oxide with nanohydroxyapatite coating of screw shaped CPTi dental implant on bond strength at bone implant interface by torque removal test related to two healing periods (2 and 6 weeks). Introduction: The study was intended for Roseomonas gilardii NTCC 13290 strain pigment extraction and characterization. Methodology: The pigment-producing bacterial were cultured on Columbia blood agar and nutrient media agar. Then the pigments were extracted by ethanol. The candidate pigment was further characterized by different biotechnological techniques: UV-Vis spectroscopy, FT-IR to analyze the functional group of the targeted pigment, and TLC media.
