Transport models are a key tool in logistics and supply chain management to reduce costs, times or improve services, In this study Three algorithms were proposed to solve the transport matrix (Range(R), Arithmetic Mean(AM), Cost Slop(CO)), and this algorithm must meet the requirements of problem restrictions and goals to reach good solutions, and may sometimes be the optimal solutions so we will adopt any solutions that are the best and optimal through our findings in the application of heuristic algorithms and based on the final results can be based on the heuristic method., The research concluded that the best reasoning method is the (arithmetic mean(AM)) because it gave the best results in reducing the total (cost and time) before and after the optimization method (MODI), It also gave the cost inclination method less total costs and time higher than the method of arithmetic mean After conducting the optimization method(MODI)
Introduction: Candida spp. has become increasingly resistant to antifungal drugs, with elevated MIC levels causing a negative medical impact and increasing the number of patients at risk of candidiasis. According to the CDC, about 7% of Candida blood samples show reduced susceptibility to fluconazole. Monitoring the antifungal resistance profile of Candida spp. is vital, as non-Albicans species may limit treatment options. Objective: Evaluate the antifungal effectiveness against clinical Candida spp. isolates of six antifungals: amphotericin B, fluconazole, voriconazole, itraconazole, caspofungin, and 5-fluorocytosine. In this paper, we calculate and measure the SNR theoretically and experimental for digital full duplex optical communication systems for different ranges in free space, the system consists of transmitter and receiver in each side. The semiconductor laser (pointer) was used as a carrier wave in free space with the specification is 5mW power and 650nm wavelength. The type of optical detector was used a PIN with area 1mm2 and responsively 0.4A/W for this wavelength. The results show a high quality optical communication system for different range from (300-1300)m with different bit rat (60-140)kbit/sec is achieved with best values of the signal to noise ratio (SNR).
