Transport models are a key tool in logistics and supply chain management to reduce costs, times or improve services, In this study Three algorithms were proposed to solve the transport matrix (Range(R), Arithmetic Mean(AM), Cost Slop(CO)), and this algorithm must meet the requirements of problem restrictions and goals to reach good solutions, and may sometimes be the optimal solutions so we will adopt any solutions that are the best and optimal through our findings in the application of heuristic algorithms and based on the final results can be based on the heuristic method., The research concluded that the best reasoning method is the (arithmetic mean(AM)) because it gave the best results in reducing the total (cost and time) before and after the optimization method (MODI), It also gave the cost inclination method less total costs and time higher than the method of arithmetic mean After conducting the optimization method(MODI)

This article discusses some linguistic problems that arise when translating the Holy Quran from Arabic to Russian. We analyze lexical, syntactic and semantic problems and support them with Examples of verses from the Qur'an, since the Qur'an is the word of Allah. It contains prayers and instructions full of both literal representations and figurative comparisons. The identification of linguistic and rhetorical features challenges translators of the Holy Qur'an, especially when translating such literary devices as metaphor, assonance, epithet, irony, repetition, polysemy, metonymy, comparisons, synonymy and homonymy. In this paper, SiO2 nanoparticles thin films were synthesised at different PH values of solution by sol gel method at fixed temperature (25oC) and molar ratio (R =H2O/precursor) of (Tetra Ethyl Ortho Silicate) TEOS as precursor at (R=1). The structure and optical properties of the thin films have been investigated. All thin films were tested by using X-RAY diffraction. All X-RAY spectrum can be indexed as monoclinic structure with strong crystalline (110) plane. The morphological properties of the prepared films were studied by SEM. It provides a more sustainable way to electrical power production, saltwater desalination, and wastewater treatment at the same time. This study examined three operation modes of the MDC: chemical cathode, air cathode, and biocathode MDC, to give clear sight of this system's performance. The experimental work results for these three modes were recorded as power densities generation, saltwater desalination rates, and COD removal percentages.
