During the two last decades ago, audio compression becomes the topic of many types of research due to the importance of this field which reflecting on the storage capacity and the transmission requirement. The rapid development of the computer industry increases the demand for audio data with high quality and accordingly, there is great importance for the development of audio compression technologies, lossy and lossless are the two categories of compression. This paper aims to review the techniques of the lossy audio compression methods, summarize the importance and the uses of each method.

The current research aims to measure the job satisfaction of educational counselors in the general directorate of education of the second Rusafa in the ministry of education of Iraq. Moreover, it aims to identify the significant differences in job satisfaction according to the gender (Male-Female), the length of service (less than 15 years more than 15 years), and the relationship between these two variables. A sensitive and accurate colorimetric method was developed for the determination of the Sitagliptin phosphate monohydrate, here and after will be named Sitagliptin, in its pure and pharmaceutical form. The suggested approach is based on boosting the sensitivity of the traditional spectrometric methods by derivatizing Sitagliptin into a colored product that absorbs the visible spectrum at 573 nm. The proposed method has effectively improved the sensitivity and the limit of detection for the analysis of Sitagliptin. Thus, a translation is important as to how it relates the details of a text. That is, the text has special features which go beyond form, and these set out its distinctiveness.
